Baseball players: Do you prefer sliding feet first or head first?

And also why do you prefer one or the other? Do you only slide fleet or head first under certain circumstances?

it depends on the situation. If your going into 2nd or 3rd it doesn't really matter for me unless I am planning a pop up slide. If I was I obviously had to go feet first. If I was sliding into home I always go feet first because if i went head first i had a good chance of breaking my shoulder or hand on the catchers equipment
